We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct job evaluation projects using recognized methodologies to establish fair and competitive pay structures.
Responsibilities
* Conduct job evaluation projects using recognized methodologies to establish fair and competitive pay structures.
* Salary Structure Development:
o Design and implement salary structures based on job evaluation outcomes to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
* Job Description Management:
o Create and update job descriptions based on client workshops, organizational analyses, and market benchmarks.
* Competency and Role Definition:
o Define key competencies and responsibilities for various roles to align with business objectives and career progression.
* Salary Benchmarking and Market Analysis:
o Analyze salary survey data (e.g., Mercer, Korn Ferry, WTW) to provide competitive compensation recommendations.
* Compensation and Benefits System Design:
o Participate in designing and optimizing salary structures, bonus systems, and employee benefit programs.
* Cost Analysis and Optimization:
o Conduct cost analysis of compensation and benefits, providing recommendations for budget optimization while maintaining competitiveness.
Requirements
* Experience in Compensation & Benefits:
o 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably as a Compensation Analyst, HR Specialist (Comp & Ben), or Consultant in an advisory firm.
* Project Experience in Compensation Consulting:
o Experience in salary analysis, pay structure development, market benchmarking, and benefits optimization.
* Analytical Skills:
o Ability to work with large datasets, build compensation models, and create analytical reports.
* Proficiency in Analytical Tools:
o Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with analytical/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
* Understanding of market trends in compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards strategies.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
o Strong ability to work with clients, explain complex concepts clearly, and build professional relationships.
* Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills:
o Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
* Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, for working with international clients and preparing documentation.
