As Machine Learning Engineer (f/m/d), you will play a key role in building the bridge between research and production, ensuring xLSTM/ViL models are optimized, portable and ready for deployment. Your areas of responsibility include:
1. Deep Learning & Model Development
2. Model Optimization & Deployment
3. Data Handling & Preprocessing
4. Performance Profiling & Debugging
You may be a good fit if you have:
1. Strong PyTorch skills for writing, debugging and optimizing models.
2. Profound understanding of transformers, LSTMs and attention mechanisms.
3. Time Series Forecasting expertise for long-sequence modeling.
4. Knowledge of converting models to ONNX format for deployment, TensorRT or MIGraphX for efficient inference and TorchScript for exporting optimized models.
5. Core skills in software engineering and its best practices: structured, modular Python code for ML pipelines and basic C++ knowledge.
6. Experience with time-series data pipelines (Dask, Pandas, PySpark) and image preprocessing (OpenCV, torchvision).
7. Understanding of NVIDIA Nsight or PyTorch Profiler for speed/memory optimizations.
8. Proficiency in applying memory-efficient training strategies (mixed precision, gradient checkpointing).
