We are based in Lanzenkirchen, our Competence Center for Ventilated Façade and Installation Systems such as Pipe clamps and Heavy modular systems. As part of our Business Unit Installation, we provide product development, supply, marketing, and engineering. In this role, you will derive mechanical resistance characteristics for a global installation fixation portfolio, ensuring compliance with international building standards and utilizing advanced structural analysis methods. You will apply testing and finite element analysis techniques, recommend and execute non-linear finite element models, and develop concepts for technical data creation and design methods.
Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing technical documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting hardware and software development projects. You will also contribute to innovation by identifying new opportunities in products, processes, and software while supporting product development and special market requests. Additionally, you will act as a key counterpart for local and regional engineering marketing and application engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has:
* University Degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering (MSc or higher)
* + 3 years relevant working experience
* Knowledge of modern design tools such as 2D/3D, FEM
* Knowledge about Eurocode and national codes
* Experience in structural engineering with steel
* Fluent in English (B2 level minimum), all other languages are a plus
* Mastery of static analyses and ability to explain results to externals
* Ability and experience to think/imagine in 3D modular support system applications
