Your primary work location is in Villach, Austria.What You’ll DoDevelop, own and execute the end-to-end site-specific change plan, from inception to adoptionSupport the execution of the Site Change Network Execution PlanTrack and manage risk while supporting mitigations of readiness blockers and barriersSupport customization of communication and training contentCollect and prioritize feedback on communication, learning and deliveryAct as the change management interface between the employees, the site and program teamPoint of contact for site training activities and logisticsManage and communicate with executives and cross-functional key stakeholdersPerform requirements, stakeholder and training needs analysis for meeting change goals and objectivesWho We’re Looking ForWe are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced change agent who empowers change, creates excitement, leads an entire site through a major transition and loves to work with individuals from different regions, cultures, time zones in a high-tech industry.Preferred Skills and QualificationsExcellent oral and written communication in English, German language skills are beneficialExperience with either ADKAR, Kotter's, Lewin's, McKinsey, or similar change modelsUnderstanding of change management, collaboration and culture barriers and leversAbility to propose and negotiate change management strategies, tools and venue with key stakeholdersAbility to lead and participate in cross-functional meetings to gain a common understanding about the change comingCreate project plan/schedule end-to-end from concept, design and development of training solutions.Identify and manage risks, mitigation plans for issues before arising and during the project lifecycle.Ability to think outside the box and introduce new process/modelsDemonstrating strong and good Teamwork behaviorsFamiliar with waterfall and agile project management, self-managed due to remote work situationData oriented: understand value of data collection to data mining, data analysis and conclusionsOwns the plans and implementation of internal and external communication and training plansExperience in creation and deployment of multi-media communication and trainingExperience working with Learning Management System and Digital Adoption Platforms is beneficialWorking experience or background in a Semiconductor Industry is beneficialWhat We're OfferingThis position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group G. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
