We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual who thrives in an international environment and wants to make a meaningful impact. As our Administrative Assistant Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our office, supporting key projects and initiatives that aim to foster cultural diversity, intercultural dialogue, and sustainability.
Your Responsibilities
* Conduct research, assist with data collection, and help track and monitor key information for ongoing ICDO projects.
* Draft project proposals, reports, and summaries, ensuring clear communication across the team.
* Provide outreach to organizations, media, and external partners, helping to build valuable relationships.
* Assist in organizing meetings and events, including preparation, scheduling, and post-event debriefs.
* Offer vital day-to-day administrative support, managing data entry, emails, database updates, and paperwork flow.
