Our client is the Austrian subsidiary of an Asian technology group. Among other things, the company is involved in the strong expansion of fiber optics in Austria and cooperates with Austria's major mobile communications providers.
Was werde ich hier machen?
* Customer facing support engineer in vendor-network operator environment (on-site)
* Maintenance and support activities of voice and/or messaging core network elements in a cloud environment (network change operations, upgrades, processing / tracing trouble tickets, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, inspection tasks, etc.)
* Acting as interface between network operator technical team and vendor level 3 support
* Providing technical support for mobile and fixed voice and messaging services
* On-call duty (if required)
Was sollte ich mitbringen?
* University degree in computer science, electrical engineering/ telecommunication, software engineering or equivalent
* Solid IT background - computer and transmission HW, IP networking, solid Linux knowhow, knowledge/experience of cloud technologies (Openstack, Container) is a plus
* Network support experience
* Working knowledge in following telecommunication protocols: ISUP, MAP, SIP, Diameter
* Mobile and fixed voice core and/or messaging knowhow
* IMS architecture knowhow is beneficial
* Acting as reliable team member in an international multicultural team
* Good communication and analytical skills
Gehaltsspanne und Benefits:
Unser Kunde bietet Ihnen ein monatliches Bruttogehalt von € 3.500,– bis € 5.000,– (14 x p.a. bezahlt), je nach konkreter Qualifikation und beruflicher Vorerfahrung.
