Responsibilities
* Continuously assess and identify training and learning needs across teams and stakeholders, leveraging feedback and performance metrics to address gaps effectively.
* Design new learning programs or modify and improve existing ones to ensure their effectiveness, alignment with goals, and relevance to evolving organizational needs.
* Collaborate with Key Stakeholders
o Partner with Domains, Product Line/Product Leads, and Change Strategy Leads to assess training needs, define learning criteria, and tailor content for targeted learning programs.
* Manage Training Logistics
o Oversee all logistical and operational aspects of training programs, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and post-training follow-up to ensure seamless execution.
* Ensure Content Accuracy
o Ensure all learning content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with broader communication campaigns, change strategies, and engagement initiatives.
* Align Learning with Change Strategies
o Integrate learning initiatives with organizational change management strategies, ensuring alignment with methodologies such as ADKAR or the Lewis model.
* Develop and implement training programs using adult learning principles, identifying the best delivery methods (e.g., microlearning, e-learning, face-to-face events) based on audience needs.
* Create Engaging Training Materials
o Produce clear, engaging, and audience-relevant training materials in various formats, including visual guides, presentations, videos, and other multimedia content.
* Facilitate Knowledge Transfer
o Deliver or facilitate training sessions while engaging participants effectively to ensure proper knowledge transfer and long-term adoption of new processes or tools.
* Evaluate Content Relevance
o Review and update training content regularly to ensure it remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with current objectives and technological advancements.
* Measure Training Effectiveness
o Develop and implement evaluation methods, such as surveys, assessments, and feedback loops, to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
* Recommend Program Improvements
o Analyze evaluation results to identify areas for improvement, refining training programs to meet changing needs and improve their impact.
* Monitor Program Success
o Track the outcomes of training initiatives over time and adjust strategies as needed to maintain their alignment with organizational goals and ongoing change efforts.
Requirements
* Change Management Expertise
o Proven experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (5+ years).
* Organizational Change Experience
o Demonstrated experience with medium- or large-scale organizational and technological change efforts.
* Strong Communication Skills
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
* Relationship Building
o Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams, including employees, contractors, and consultants.
* Collaboration and Teamwork
o Strong team player with a proven ability to work collaboratively with and through others to achieve desired outcomes.
* Facilitation and Co-Creation
o Expertise in meeting facilitation and co-creation within collaborative teams, with the ability to lead small groups to desired outcomes.
* Project Management Skills
o Outstanding project management capabilities, including multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities in dynamic environments.
* Consulting and Business Partnering
o Experience in business partnering and consulting to identify client needs, build effective relationships, and recommend solutions.
* Instructional Design Knowledge
o Knowledge and experience with instructional design methodologies and creating adult learning programs.
* Technological Proficiency
o Familiarity with emerging and evolving technologies, with the ability to distill technical jargon into simple user-facing communications.
* Agile Methodologies
o Hands-on experience working within Agile methodologies and adapting to iterative processes.
* Learning Management Systems (LMS)
o Proficiency in using and managing Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone) and coordinating a training portfolio.
* Flexibility and Adaptability
o Ability to work in ambiguous situations, adapt to change, and maintain a positive “can-do” attitude under pressure.
* Education and Experience
o BA/BS degree in a relevant field (required) with at least five years of relevant experience as an internal or independent trainer and organizational learning practitioner.
