As a trainee in our Backend Department at NETCONOMY, you will gain valuable knowledge and practical experience in creating modern web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Gain insight into the daily operations of a software developer on a project and learn about agile methodologies such as SCRUM
* Acquire your first hands-on experience by taking over tasks and small projects within a protected learning environment
* Design and implement optimal technical solutions and maintain documentation
* Work with cutting-edge Java technologies and frameworks
* Utilize established frameworks and platforms like Spring and SAP Commerce
* Adhere to best practices in software development and design
* Develop database models and optimize them for efficient performance
* You will receive proactive support from our experienced coaches and in-house trainers
Requirements:
* A recent graduate or currently pursuing studies in IT-related fields or Business Informatics
* Passionate about software development and web technologies
* Interest in IT projects and agile frameworks
* A communicative personality who thrives in both autonomous and team-oriented settings
* Excellent communication skills in English (at least B2 level)
* A curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow
Program Details:
* Duration: Approximately three and a half months
* Paid traineeship at NETCONOMY
* Full-time – five days per week
* Mixture of lectures by experienced colleagues, practical insights into projects, and self-study time
