Role Purpose:
For this Broadacre Product Field Specialist in Western Australia, we are seeking a product expert for (a) training dealer sales people and (b) assisting in the sales process with dealer sales people in selling the features, advantages and benefits of key products to customers and competitive owners.
1. Develop the dealer sales force through increased product knowledge to achieve retail sales and market share targets.
2. Contribute to the planning, set up and attendance at major field days and dealer days.
3. Actively work with the dealer sales force to call on end users to drive retail sales.
4. Drive 1o1 Competitive customer conversion.
5. Manage company assets including but not limited to inventory and sales/marketing collateral.
6. Serve as direct company/brand representative to dealers and customers, portraying CNH brand image.
7. Report to the ANZ Product Optimisation & Commercial Training Manager as to issues, opportunities, trends, and results.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Language(s):
1. Relevant technical/engineering degree or similar qualification.
2. Minimum of five years industry experience with demonstrated success in product management, territory sales or training.
3. Requires an in-depth knowledge of agricultural industry and assigned products.
4. Experience in a B2B and/or dealer network environment.
5. Language Requirement(s): English.
