Your Responsibilities
* Develop and design advanced power electronic circuits through simulations and concept studies
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and manage system requirements effectively
* Transform designs into hardware, overseeing the complete implementation process, and supervising the manufacturing phase
* Evaluate and validate designs within an industrial laboratory setting
* Lead stress testing using both established and newly developed test systems
* Document designs, concepts, and results with clarity and precision
Your Profile
You are a hands-on innovator with a passion for high-performing power electronic systems. You thrive on bringing ideas to life, blending technical understanding with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
* Master's / PhD in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
* Strong expertise in SPICE and system-level simulations of power electronic circuits
* Proven experience in PCB design using industry-standard tools like ALTIUM Designer
* Practical experience with power electronic hardware design, from concept to laboratory validation
* Excellent communication skills in English and/or German
* The ability to lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative workspace
