Overview of Role
You will be working as part of BOA's Global Commercial Team under the supervision of the Commercial Director.
In this role, you will focus on developing the professional business in South-West Europe by understanding the tender and tender-like business in this region.
You will build a strong market expertise and serve as the primary point of contact for Key Brand Partners in this region/segment.
Core Responsibilities
1. Develop the business in the workwear segment (safety shoes) to meet 2-year and 5-year revenue plans.
2. Gather market expertise, analyze industry trends, and understand tender and tender-like business in South-West Europe.
1. Establish a strong network of key stakeholders within the industry.
2. Lead the sell-in process through the creation and delivery of professional presentations.
3. Support planning processes with regular updates and collaborate with the Commercial Director to create strategic plans.
4. Collaborate with BOA's regional marketing team on product launches and Brand Partner messaging.
5. Present business updates to internal audiences and complete required reporting.
6. Manage administrative tasks such as using our CRM platform.
Required Qualifications
1. Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
2. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
3. At least 3 years of Sales or Account Management experience in a similar environment.
4. Experience working with key stakeholders from purchasing departments, product development teams, or retail.
5. Able to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people.
6. Comfortable providing presentations.
7. Capable of traveling domestically and internationally up to 50%.
8. Strong cross-departmental connectivity and ability to work independently.
9. Solid MS Office skills.

1. Passion for the assigned segments (safety shoe industry).
2. French language skills.
3. Retail buying/managing experience in assigned segments.
