For our service department in Wiener Neudorf, we are looking for a Field Service Technician (M/F/T) for our SIHI dry products in full time.
In this challenging position, you will act as a specialist in solving problems on site at the customer's plant and be the link between our customers and the product specialists in our plants. Your experience and your analysis of the challenges on the customer systems serve our product development to improve our machine as well as to increase the satisfaction of our customers.
You also have a lively exchange with our sales engineers and thus have a direct influence on the further development of the SIHI dry business field. Your professional and safety-conscious appearance at the customer's site contributes significantly to customer loyalty and the consolidation of trust in the reliability of our products and services.
Your tasks:
1. Implementation of commissioning and service work on site at the customer (primarily in Austria, partly also in neighbouring countries such as Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia Poland and extremely rarely worldwide).
2. Partly also service work on SIHI dry vacuum systems in our Wiener Neudorf workshop.
3. Carrying out error diagnostics.
4. Creation of damage documentation.
5. Creation of service documents.
6. Training and certification of service technicians and customers on SIHI dry systems.
7. Cooperation with product development department so that experience from the field flows into product improvements.
Your profile:
8. Completed training as an electrical engineer, master electrician or mechatronics engineer.
9. Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience working with external customers.
10. Experience with pumps and/or rotating equipment is an advantage.
11. Driver license for cars up to 3.5 tons.
12. Fluent German knowledge.
13. Good English knowledge.
14. Good PC and MS Office skills.
15. Experience working in EX-protected areas is an advantage.
16. Willingness to work in the field at home and abroad.
17. Suitability as a respiratory protection wearer according to G26 III.

Required information pursuant to section 9 of the Austrian Treatment Act (Gleichbehandlungsgesetz): minimum yearly gross remuneration as per collective agreement from € 50'000 p.a. upwards – over-payment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
