These positions are suited to registered migration agents or immigration lawyers with 1 to 3 years of experience and senior registered migration agents/immigration lawyers with 3-5 years of experience.

TG Migration Solutions is a full service Australian immigration advisory firm. We provide migration advice, consulting and advocacy services to support corporate, government and business employers to build and sustain a skilled and experienced workforce. Founded in 2001, we offer a comprehensive suite of migration advisory and global mobility services, with a national and international client base.
Our clients include defence, agriculture, mining, construction, hospitality, education, medical and health services, research institutions, government and state and territory agencies. As each business or industry sector we assist has different workforce requirements, we tailor our services to achieve the best outcomes. This ranges from consulting on the implications of state and federal immigration policy on future workforce planning, employee engagement and retention, to planning immigration pathways to meet workforce requirements for specific skills or positions.
The Roles include:
* Managing your own caseload of individual clients, working as part of the corporate migration team.
* Designing, developing and implementing innovative and contemporary migration pathways.
* Provide expert advice to clients and key stakeholders.
* Working on complex cases, including demand driven, place based employer-sponsored visas.
* Mentor and support junior immigration advisors and graduates.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with key stakeholders and clients.
* Actively manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients by providing timely, complete and accurate advice and assistance when required.
* Support key stakeholders and corporate clients with compliance and mandatory reporting obligations.
* Conduct consultations and assessments with key stakeholders and clients providing accurate and complete advice regarding visa programs, pathways and opportunities.
* An opportunity to contribute to strategic operational decisions and organisational growth.
* Quality Assurance, checking visa applications prior to lodgement.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in corporate migration and a genuine interest in ongoing growth, learning and development of personal and professional skills.
* Strong business and commercial acumen and experience working in a corporate environment.
* High level written and verbal communication skills are essential, as are advanced legal research skills.
* File and costs management, managing strict deadlines and excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an impeccable eye for detail.
* A motivated team player who is honest, reliable, approachable, and professional.
* Managing, developing, mentoring, training and supervising a team.
