In this exciting role as Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product life cycle of accessories for all our brands. You will be able to help shape and support the entire product portfolio and act as the interface to internal and external partners. Have you already gained some experience in marketing or product management and are a fan of our Street Functional Garments? Then this is the right position for you!
THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
1. Conduct market and sales analysis, define the collection portfolio and partner selection strategy.
2. Monitor, control and take actions throughout the entire lifecycle of the Street Garments & Accessories assortment.
3. Lead the planning and development process of new collections, monitor costs, and ensure gross profit targets are met.
4. Collaborate continuously with the assigned consulting/branding agency.
5. Prepare training materials and sales manuals, and conduct train-the-trainer sessions.
6. Manage product packaging and lead product certification processes.
7. Maintain constant communication with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and Procurement.
8. Continuous exchange with external partners (cobranding partners).
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related subject.
2. Experience in product or project management or Marketing/Sales, ideally in the textile industry.
3. Excellent understanding of English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
4. Good MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel).
5. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
6. Communicative team player with a structured way of working.
7. Proactive working style and confident demeanor.
8. Independent, autonomous and creative personality.
