We are looking for a likeminded person to join our fun team as a Lead Generation Assistant Manager in our Record Breaking team, helping push our growth phase for 2025 to new limits!
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting to and assisting your Lead Generation Manager, this role will involve leading and mentoring teams and managing their day-to-day operations, including but not limited to:
* Daily training and morning motivational meetings.
* Mentoring and management of staff throughout the day.
* Quality control of all set up appointments.
* Daily confirmation/security calling of all appointments.
* Ensuring your Sales/Lead Generation team meet and exceed KPIs.
* Manage HR requirements & interviews.
* Participate in various shows/events throughout the year.
* Maintain a positive and professional outlook as part of the team.
* Be available for work hours: 8:30am - 6:30pm Monday to Friday & 8:30am - 1pm Saturday.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:
* Previous experience in Lead Generation/Sales Team Management.
* Experience with face-to-face and telesales teams.
* Confident and outgoing personality.
* High achiever attitude.
* Self-motivated and ambitious.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
* Professionally presented and immaculately groomed at all times.
* This is a hands-on role suitable for someone with a never say never approach and a desire to win!
