* Support local process owners in implementing new management tools, standards, and executing improvement projects
* Prepare and secure correct policies and procedures to enable staff performance
* Lead small and medium projects related to the Integrated Management System (IMS)
* Conduct business process management training, moderation, and process mapping to ensure efficient and effective operations
* Create, review, select, and implement Good Practices and regional standard IMS documentation, including preparation and moderation of IMS audits
What makes you great
* Proven experience in applying Integrated Management Systems requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 - a lead Auditor certification is a plus
* Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve excellence
* Outstanding communication skills with the ability to manage customer relations effectively
* Fluency in English is essential
* Willingness to travel approximately 40% of your working time
