Ignite Purpose is excited to partner with Josco to find a talented National Account Manager to join their high-performing and collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a National Account Manager, you'll be the strategic force behind our relationship with Bunnings. You will:
1. Lead growth through delivering and exceeding sales and margin targets
2. Set and implement clear strategies aligned with Josco’s overall direction
3. Build powerful partnerships with key customers and internal stakeholders
4. Drive performance through innovation, operational excellence, and effective range management
5. Promote new product initiatives and collaborate closely with marketing and field sales teams
6. Manage key touchpoints such as pricing, promotions, account planning, and customer business reviews.

The Package
Base Salary: $125,000–$135,000 per annum
Bonus: Up to $14,000 annually based on margin targets
Car Allowance: $24,035 per annum
Super: 12% (from July 1, 2025)
Leave: 20 days annual + 10 days personal leave
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Occasional domestic/international travel required
