What you’ll do:
You’ll take on a pivotal leadership role, overseeing IT infrastructure, applications, and centralised services across the APAC region. Reporting directly to the Global CIO with a dotted line to the APAC CEO, you’ll sit on the regional and local ELT, drive innovation and ensure IT is a key enabler of business growth, efficiency and competitiveness.
You’ll lead and execute on the APAC IT strategy, aligning global initiatives with regional business needs while overseeing infrastructure, applications, and centralized services to ensure high availability, security, and performance. Managing a team of 40, you’ll develop and mentor talent, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. You’ll drive efficiency by optimising IT services, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring strong partnerships with business leaders. Owning the APAC IT budget, you’ll make strategic resource decisions while ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and continuously improving IT processes.

What you’ll need:
1. Minimum 10+ years in a leadership role managing large, diverse teams across Infrastructure and Applications with global multinational organisations.
2. Proven track record in leading and executing IT strategic roadmaps across multiple countries, effectively communicating vision and driving execution.
3. Strong technical understanding of security, infrastructure, architecture, and applications, with the ability to assess their impact on business requirements.
4. Proven experience translating complex technical solutions into business language to build trust and advocacy among stakeholders.
5. High-level diplomacy and influencing skills, effectively engaging senior leadership teams across multiple countries.
