Join our International Key Account Team as an International Key Account Manager for Retail at our RedBull HQ in Salzburg, Austria!
Responsibilities
Areas that play to your strengths
1. Manage international key accounts, retail buying groups, and purchasing alliances under the retail key account lead. Oversee day-to-day business relationships with international customers and RedBull markets, driving a mindset of conditionality and profitability. Leverage customer and shopper data to generate actionable insights to optimize performance and strengthen partnerships.
2. Drive the development and execution of global channel and segment strategies, working closely with market teams through workshops and best practice sharing. Champion the RedBull Key Account Framework, fostering its mindset and values at both global and market levels. Support the top 25 RedBull countries by providing valuable input on strategic planning and annual business plans while offering hands-on guidance to optimize key account management, sales drivers, and profitability.
3. Support the expansion and enhancement of customer profitability, demand planning, and value chain analysis. Act as a key advisor in country-specific revenue management, field sales, and demand planning projects, helping to drive efficiency and growth.
4. Play a key role within the international team by proactively sharing expertise, insights, and challenges. Promote cross-departmental collaboration between HQ and regions while building a strong network within the global key account community, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and teamwork.
Minimum Requirements
1. University degree or comparable education
2. Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
3. Minimum 3 years of relevant key account management experience – preferably within the FMCG context
4. Active listener and excellent communicator/facilitator/presenter
5. Strong analytical skills
6. Front line retail negotiation experience and strong problem-solving capabilities
7. Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as a strong team player
8. Innovative with a solution-oriented mindset
9. Proficient in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems and MS Office Suite
10. Willingness to travel 20-30%
