Job Description
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and implementing cross-functional projects within Global Media Services and the Media Brand Network. You will create and execute detailed project plans, continuously monitoring and adjusting them as needed to ensure successful project completion. Establishing effective project structures and leading cross-functional teams will be key to your role, as will managing project documentation, preparing regular management updates, and ensuring maximum transparency through thorough reporting.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
In addition to your project management responsibilities, you will support the Senior Program Manager in creating and maintaining project and program roadmaps that align with the strategic objectives of both Global Media Services and the Media Brand Network. You will also assist in the setup of new programs for key strategic areas, helping to identify relevant projects that can be bundled together and managed accordingly.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND OPTIMIZATION
You will play an active role in identifying opportunities for process improvements, particularly regarding project methodologies, team coordination, and the implementation of the program management framework. Optimizing internal workflows will be a key focus, ensuring seamless project execution and delivering maximum value across all initiatives.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
In this role, you will build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across Global Media Services and the Media Brand Network. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to align priorities and timelines, ensuring smooth coordination across all projects. Additionally, you will serve as a key point of contact for internal inquiries regarding project updates, schedules, and any general project or program-related requests.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within media-related project management.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; German language skills at a native level are essential.
Proven track record in successfully delivering media projects across diverse functions.
Expertise in traditional and agile project management methodologies.
Proficient in project management tools such as Airtable, Jira, and Confluence.
Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
