We help them leverage the best marketing asset there is – people. (aka personal brands)

Our roots are in New York City, where our founder, Marvin Sanginés, started documenting his journey starting a marketing agency in 2020.
In the process, he realized that what brought him the most value & opportunities was his personal brand – so he wanted to offer his clients the same.
Fast forward 4 years, and we’ve had the pleasure to work with some of the coolest founders & executives in the game.

What does a content strategist do at notus?
As a Content Strategist, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire content operation of your personal branding clients.
We think of the content strategist position as a mix of:
* Copywriter
* Project Manager
* Customer Success Manager
To understand what this means, it helps to know what our process looks like:
Every client project starts with a setup phase, where we:
* craft their content strategy
* optimize their LinkedIn profile
* build their holistic media strategy
Once that’s set, we transition into our ongoing content engine process.
Here’s where we conduct bi-weekly content calls with the client, to extract their expert knowledge and personal insight as input for content ideas.
We then break down the call into content outlines, and write LinkedIn content that:
* represents their ideas and subject matter expertise
* sounds like they wrote it
* helps them attract the right people
* achieves their business goals
Our job as content strategists is to ensure smooth communication with the client and stay on top of project timelines.
On top of that, we create monthly reports to keep them up to date on how their content is performing.

All new hires run through our Content Strategist Academy, the training program that teaches everything we’ve learned from 110+ personal branding projects.
This is how we get all of our content strategists up to speed in no time.
On top of that, you will be paired with a more experienced Senior Content Strategist to guide you through the process.

Additional details:
* We have slots for both full-time (40h a week) and part-time (>25 hours a week) positions. Depending on skill-level we also hire freelance Trainees (40h a week for 3 months) or more experienced applicants directly full- or part-time.
* Full-time salary starting at 2400€ gross a month. (Trainees are paid minimum wage during the training but will be compensated additionally with paid courses etc, and with the first pay raise after the 3-month training)
* The position is 100% remote. (with the occasional in-person team offsite)
* At the moment we are only hiring employees in the DACH-region (primary residence), but will have international freelance gigs again in the near future.
* We’re hiring for immediate starting dates (this will be a recurring opening every few months with adjusted starting dates.)
* All of our strategists have the opportunity to prove themselves and take on more responsibilities with great performance and commitment. (Take it from Luca Wetzel, who started as a content strategist 12 months ago, and now leads all projects as Head of Fulfillment) Content strategists have the opportunity for profit shares for bringing in new business.
