Aufgaben The Endpoint SystemsManager (ESM) is responsible for Dynatrace endpoints including butnot limited to laptops, desktops, mobile devices and cloud PC''s.This position will supervise engineers working on Windows, Mac,Linux, iOS/Android platforms to ensure systems are regularly beingupdated and secured to corporate standards. ESM will work closelywith corporate security and EDE senior leadership to implement newtechnologies to evolve our ability to manage and secure over 10,000devices. Manage system engineer staff in endpoint team. Thisincludes: mentoring staff, task management, performance management,peer reviewing changes, performing regular 1:1''s and leadingprojects related to departmental objectives. Analyze the existingendpoint management solutions across Windows, Mac, Linux, Androidand iOS systems. Drive enhancements to automate softwaredeployments/updates, security configuration and environmentimprovements. Work closely with corporate security and EDE seniorleadership creating policies and procedures to ensure that end userdevices that connect to the Dynatrace network meet security andcompliance standards. Participate in audits and remediation effortsas needed. Partner with Technical Services team to identify andimprove onboarding processes, build processes and procedures.Identify and solve problems at scale. Regularly meet with team onnew efforts and discuss changes that will improve our end userexperience. Responsible for evaluating and developing possiblecandidates from Technical Services, working with Director ofInfrastructure on hiring forecasts, creating job descriptions andhiring new staff as needed. Design solutions that maximize thebest possible user experience Work closely with other managerscollaborate on initiatives, create necessary documentation andperform necessary training to other groups. Provide client devicepurchasing budget plan to balance device reliability, businessfunctionality, security and costs. Establish and maintain clientsoftware, hardware and peripheral standards globally.
