Responsibilities:
1. Advise on the legal aspects of employee leasing agreements and develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant trade laws and employment law regulations in Austria.
2. Stay up-to-date on relevant legal changes and legislation.
3. Manage legal risks associated with employee leasing activities.
4. Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to trade and employment law in Austria.
Essential Qualifications:
1. Degree in law, business, international relations or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade and/or employment law.
3. Strong understanding of Austrian trade and employment law.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Desirable to come from an employee leasing background.
2. Holds the certificate to be a trade law manager for employee leasing in Austria (Befähigungsnachweis für Arbeitskräfteüberlassung).
