Job description
You will work closely with the Project Manager, the Project Team, and the Line Management throughout the entire project life-cycle. You will take care of a variety of tasks in the area of project assistance, project controlling, and project administration:
Project Assistance:
* Update and maintenance of project plans upon advice of the PJM
* Task planning and tracking
* Requirement management
* Configuration management
* Administration of internal and external meetings
* Dedicated work packages (e.g., presentations, evaluations, reports) upon advice of the PJM
Project Controlling:
* Controlling, analysis, and preparation of project cost data
* Preparation of data report
Project Administration:
* Support for resource and cost planning
* Data management in project management tools
* Information management (e.g., Confluence)
Further Information:
Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time: 15-25 hours per week (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 9 months
Profile
Your toolkit for success includes:
* Student at university or university of applied sciences in one of the fields:
* Technical studies (e.g., electrical engineering, telematics, informatics, automation, digitalization)
* Economic studies (e.g., business administration, industrial management)
* Fluent English skills
Nice to have:
* Studies that combine technical and economic aspects
* Project management experience
* German language skills
