Indirect Service Market Manager (m/f/d)
The Indirect Service Market Manager plays a crucial role in strengthening the partnership between INNIO Jenbacher and its distributors in indirect markets.
Your Responsibilities
* Distributor Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate and contact for distributors, ensuring their needs are addressed and aligned with INNIO Jenbacher's strategic direction.
* Contract and Business Management: Oversee contract management and ensure smooth business execution, upholding INNIO's entitlements and operational excellence.
* KPI-Driven Performance: Implement and manage a KPI-driven approach to enhance distributor performance and ensure continuous improvement.
* Communication and Information Flow: Facilitate effective communication and reporting between distributors and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with distributors to foster mutual growth and success.
* Proactive Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues proactively, acting as an intermediary for escalations and ensuring compliance with processes.
* Channel Partner Guidance: Manage and guide channel partners, leveraging KPIs to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
Your Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related area combined with strong technical affinity.
* Commercial Experience: Strong commercial background with working experience in a customer-facing role.
* Critical Skills: Strong skills in customer interaction, negotiation, and issue resolution.
* Collaboration: Independent communicator and facilitator paired with great ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Language Skills: Strong user of MS-Office and fluency in English, German, or any other language is ideal.
* Travel: Occasional travel with a maximum of 20% per year.
