YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supporting ITS project management with dual-use checks based on information from product management, to ensure compliance with EU and US-re-export control laws and regulations
2. Monitoring and communicating the status of ongoing export compliance checks
3. Coordination of product checks with the product responsible
4. Escalating when information is missing
5. Collaboration with Export Control and Order Processing on export compliance topics and regulations, and on taking further actions to get export permission (preparation of EUC document)
6. Collaboration with Purchasing for relevant product compliance information from suppliers
7. Providing knowledge and support to stakeholders
8. Contributing to the development and improvement of the export compliance workflow
9. Supportive tasks within the project management office
YOUR PROFILE:
10. Completed education (University or University of Applied Sciences, University of Technology) with a focus on industrial engineering, business engineering or a related field
11. Interested in export control topics and dealing with export regulations and laws
12. Sound knowledge of spreadsheet functions and calculations, SAP knowledge is an advantage
13. Basic understanding of project and process management
14. Basic technical understanding is an advantage
15. Independent processing of activities with a detailed way of working
16. Critical and analytical thinking
17. Mindset for continuous improvement and willingness to learn independently
18. Business fluent knowledge in German and English (written/verbal)

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
