As a Product Manager - AV OTT, you are responsible for driving Sportradar OTT products. You work on the product and client roadmaps, coordinate customer setups and ongoing maintenance and improvement of our digital streaming product within the international OTT and sports market. Working in an agile environment, you will act as the day-to-day point of contact for our wide portfolio of clients and will be responsible for the whole lifecycle of the project (from the discovery phase through to run and maintenance). Additionally, you will work closely together with other AV teams (engineers, designers, QA) and products to make sure dependencies are considered, deployments are seamless, and functionality related to other AV stakeholders is ensured. Planning and stakeholder management are important factors in your role. THE CHALLENGE: Work on the end-to-end product development (from discovery to release) and ensure the work is closely aligned with technical leads and focuses on driving value for our clients Work closely with external stakeholders (vendor, partners) and development teams (architects, engineers and quality assurance) to foster collaboration and alignment on the backlog priorities, risks and end delivery Manage client relationships from the product side including gathering and writing requirements for an agile development process Continuously evaluate and communicate project status and risks Creation and maintenance of product-related topics, you define and optimize internal and external workflows to successfully launch and maintain our product and client projects. ABOUT YOU: Strong project management skills in an agile environment with the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously. 2 years of working experience in product management and/or similar position (project/product/delivery manager) Technical background with a good understanding of digital platforms, backed up by strong business acumen. Technical understanding of the OTT landscape is a plus. Experience with customer requests and writing product specifications for development teams Experience of delivering and launching to the market digital products (web, mobile, TV) Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset A clear sense of ownership and accountability, excellent communication skills with team, peers, and stakeholders alike, as well as having a strong bias for action Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences Professional level of English language skills are mandatory, any other language (especially German) is considered a plus.
