Hybrid/On Site Getzersdorf (50% Travel)
The Senior HR Partner in Austria will collaborate with country leadership and work closely with the local works council.

Your key responsibilities
* Accountable for labor relations and unions in the country
* Coordinate with all sites/locations and engage with relevant external networks
* Oversee day-to-day HR operations
* Challenge, guide, and advise business leaders of the allocated Business
* Ensure legal and social compliance with local laws, legislation, and code of conduct
* Facilitate country transformation and growth through strategic change management
* Drive Locally Led Initiatives, Programs, and Project Involvement
* Implement initiatives and programs that are locally driven and business-agnostic to meet specific regional needs and requirements
* Deploy planned initiatives across sites/locations in the country, providing efficient, aligned, and lean HR solutions while supporting business needs
* Establish and maintain successful HR partnerships and relationships across all levels of the organization, promoting an employee-oriented, high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and ongoing workforce development
* Serve as the country HR BP for a dedicated ANH population in Austria.

You bring
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (HR) and professional training in HR fields
* Profound knowledge of Austrian labor law is required
* Experience with works council is essential
* Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR Manager or Business Partner roles
* Proficiency in German language & Proficiency in English language
