Our Water Services Team is responsible for managing two licensed water utilities:The Community Water Management System (CWMS), which provides wastewater services to approximately 4,500 customers across seven locations.An alternative water network that provides recycled stormwater and wastewater to council and external customers.Reporting to the Team Leader Water Services, this role is responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data related to operational activities, infrastructure, and customer service functions of the CWMS to drive operational efficiency, strategic decision-making, and continuous improvement.About YouWorking as part of a small team, your analytical and critical thinking skills will enable you to support evidence-based decision making. You’ll be no stranger to developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide insights into KPIs and operational metrics.
