B2B SaaS Sales Coordinator & Backoffice Manager
ShapeDiver is a leading SaaS company in the computational design space, empowering businesses to build and deploy powerful parametric applications for configurators, CPQ tools, and design automation. Our clients range from innovative AEC firms to manufacturing and eCommerce companies leveraging Grasshopper 3D for advanced design workflows.
To strengthen our sales efforts, we are looking for a B2B SaaS Sales Coordinator & Backoffice Manager with an interest in Computational Design, Architecture & Engineering, and/or Additive Manufacturing, and experience in B2B Sales.
In this role, you will collaborate with our Head of Sales to transition our business model towards a predominantly self-service approach for most customers, while implementing an account-based strategy for select strategic clients.
Since our customer base is international, with a focus on the US market, and our team members come from all over the world, our working language is English.
Your Responsibilities
* Sales Pipeline Management: Organizing and managing the sales pipeline, researching, and qualifying new potential customers.
* Follow-up Coordination: Tracking customer inquiries and organizing meetings and calls.
* Briefings & Presentations: Preparing customer meetings, sales presentations, and supporting materials.
* Pre-Sales Coordination: Managing pre-sales activities by our support and customer success teams during trial periods to support lead conversion.
* KPIs & Reporting: Monitoring and evaluating pipeline progress and key sales metrics to support strategic decision-making.
* Strategic Advice: Developing product and marketing change recommendations based on KPIs and observations.
* Qualification Calls with Consulting Leads: Introducing pre-qualified leads to our consulting offering and arrange technical calls where warranted.
* Proposal & Contract Support: Assisting the leadership and consulting teams with preparing offers and Statements of Work (SOWs).
* Conference Management: Planning, registration, preparation, and follow-up for industry conferences and outreach activities.
Your Profile
* Professional experience in B2B sales or a similar coordination role.
* Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working.
* Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and presentation software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools).
* Background in pipeline and sales management tools.
* Educational background with a focus on business, sales, or equivalent experience.
* Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
* A proactive and hands-on personality with strong communication skills.
* Curious, structured, and customer-oriented.
* Technical affinity and an interest in computational design, architecture, engineering, and additive manufacturing.
* Strong intrinsic motivation to engage across various company facets, continually learn, grow, and enhance every endeavor.

We offer a minimum starting brutto salary mandated by law for this position is € 3,950,- for 38.5 hours per week. If you have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, the base salary is € 4,485,-. We are open to offering a higher compensation based on your skills and performance.
