Mission:
Liaising with the Managers (Store Manager / Area Manager), ensures the accomplishment of commercial targets (sales volumes and main KPIs, profitability, client development), the development of brand awareness and desirability, and the management and development of the team in an environment of retail excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the management in providing comprehensive steering of the retail store assigned, by coordinating business activities, supervising business relationships with key accounts, handling operational processes and administrative functions, in compliance with company guidelines and procedures.
* Provide continuous sales assessment.
* Suggest and promote actions to develop the business, according to corporate guidelines.
* Be customer satisfaction oriented and lead the team accordingly.
* Be responsible for the store Client Data Base development and for driving the team.
* Promote actions to engage clients and encourage them to return to the store.
* Have an excellent knowledge of all internal procedures and be responsible for their application.
* Liaise in the stock inventory process.
* Have a very good knowledge of all product categories in store and actively participate in seasonal buying.
* Be responsible for internal training and for developing resources.
* Be a problem solver.
Additional Skills:
* Fluency in both German and English; other languages are a plus.
* Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
* Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Strong team player.
