In this role, you will be responsible for testing, validating, and verifying cutting-edge fuel cell systems. Collaborate with industry leaders and contribute to developing sustainable energy solutions with a global impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute validation test plans for fuel cell systems and components based on performance, durability, and system requirements.
2. Create and deliver detailed reporting on test results and system performance.
3. Participate in product development and validation by verifying software functions, optimizing simulations, validating design on prototypes and serial-level products, and improving the correlation between accelerated lab tests and real-life vehicle usage.
4. Support traceability between system requirements and test cases, ensuring consistency and alignment.
5. Analyze test results, process data, identify key correlations, and provide actionable recommendations for product improvements.
6. Supervise and mentor team members when needed, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
7. Propose and implement improvements to testing tools, workflows, and processes to optimize efficiency.
8. Maintain and calibrate test equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards in laboratory environments.
Qualifications
1. Master’s degree in physics, mechatronics, or energy.
2. At least 3 years of experience in system testing, validation, or mechatronics.
3. At least 3 years of leadership experience with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
4. Strong experience in project management, ensuring the successful delivery of project milestones.
5. Proficiency in tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, or Polarion.
6. Strong knowledge of fuel cell systems and testing methodologies.
7. Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Applicants are not entitled to compensation for travel and accommodation costs incurred in connection with the admission procedure. The minimum gross salary acc. to collective labor agreement (EEI) is planned at EUR 4.215,39 per month for 38,5 hours per week (14x p.a.), with a willingness to pay more for appropriate qualifications and experience.
