* Provide strategic consulting to our internal stakeholders while continuously deepening your expertise and drive the digitalization with process improvement and release management
* Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, and fostering a collaborative approach to implementing changes to the HR technology landscape
* Conduct business analyses and requirements management in the field of responsibility
* Ensure data integrity and deliver strategic insights through contribution to an accurate, standardized reporting for HR and business
