For the area of Global Commercial Excellence, we invite applications for the role of Pricing Manager, located in Lenzing, Upper Austria Pricing Manager (m/w/d) Ref No: 3620 Purpose of the role For this role, we are seeking a results-driven manager with a background in the chemicals, manufacturing, or consulting industry, to combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach to driving change, and apply their expertise in margin optimization and profitability strategies to deliver measurable impact on business performance. Key tasks & main repsonsibilities You will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven pricing strategies and frameworks for the business units Textile and Nonwovens. You will conduct systematic analysis of price and mix optimization potentials and provide actionable insights and recommendations to commercial teams. You will optimize the pricing process in close interaction with commercial leadership. You will leverage business intelligence platforms and pricing tools to enhance efficiency in systems and processes. You will track the effectiveness of pricing measures by monitoring key performance indicators and conduct performance review sessions with business units. You will further embed value-based pricing principles in the broader commercial organisation. Your ideal profile You hold a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, along with several years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or sales controlling You have advanced knowledge of pricing methodologies, price & margin management, and related tools; with an exceptional ability to design and implement pricing strategies, frameworks and processes You have strong analytical capabilities to identify and capture price and mix improvements You are an outstanding communicator - spoken, written, and in presentations - with an ability to foster strong relationships with multiple cross-functional teams. You have very good English language skills; German would be an advantage You are responsible, with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive, self-driven mindset; and you are keen to work on high-impact initiatives that drive business growth and profitability The gross annual salary for this position according to the collective agreement in the chemical industry is EUR 85.400,- with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
