Reporting to the Area Coach and managing a small customer service, barista and kitchen based team you’ll be responsible for ensuring the store provides the highest level of customer service, product consistency and food safety, in addition to:
* Reviewing sales and COGs to ensure growth and profitability
* Maintaining stock levels
* Assisting with recruitment and training needs
* Creating rosters and approving timesheets
* Executing marketing initiatives and identifying upselling opportunities
* Engaging and leading the team
* Resolving escalated customer enquiries
* Mentoring up-and-coming team members and ensuring the successful operation of the store at all times
What You’ll Need to Succeed
The successful applicant will possess the following:
* A minimum of TWO YEARS’ EXPERIENCE as a Fast Food, Café or Restaurant Manager
* Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
* Proven ability to confidently lead a small team
* Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, public holidays
* Available for early starts
* A current Food Safety Certificate and some knowledge of specialty coffee
