The Coffee Business Manager has the end-to-end responsibility for building and implementing the strategic plans for the Coffee Category, through managing a cross-functional team and internal stakeholders, focusing on sales and marketing targets achievement as well as ensuring operational excellence. ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB: The Coffee Business Manager has the end-to-end responsibility for building and implementing the strategic plans for the Coffee Category, through managing a cross-functional team and internal stakeholders, focusing on sales and marketing targets achievement as well as ensuring operational excellence. YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Builds and implements mid/long-range strategic plans for the Coffee Category, focusing on Away-from-Home, translating Group guidance into local initiatives while taking into consideration local market dynamics. Identifies growth opportunities through competitive analysis, market observation, feedback from sales teams and best practices from other CCH countries, driving initiatives to increase sales and profitability. Ensures Sales, Marketing and Operational Excellence for the Coffee Business, through collaborating with internal stakeholders. Full P&L responsibility, with a focus on profitable Sales targets achievement and OPEX management. Ongoing performance management and routines with internal stakeholders and Brand Owners (Costa Coffee & Caffe Vergnano). ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
