Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee their dynamic office environment and support the team in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
Technology and Systems
1. Maintaining and updating the firm’s website.
2. Implementing and maintaining new systems to enhance efficiency.
Office Administration
1. Purchasing and leasing new office equipment.
2. Maintaining and updating insurance policies and office procedures manuals.
Staff Management
1. Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new legal staff.
2. Coordinating staff exits and conducting smooth handovers.
3. Organising induction programs for new team members.
4. Recording and tracking CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points for staff.
Finance and Budgeting
1. Preparing and monitoring budgets to support the firm’s financial goals.
Event Coordination
1. Organising and managing firm events, including webinars and networking events.
Ad-Hoc Support
1. Providing backup support for Legal Assistants when required.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have prior experience in office or operations management within a professional services environment (legal industry experience is required).
2. Be highly organized with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Be proactive.
4. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
