About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for a Real Estate Agent with strong experience in property sales, particularly in the vacation home sector. You will be responsible for gaining listings of contemporary and semi-luxury holiday homes, conducting open homes and inspections, and ensuring the highest standard of management and guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who wants to leverage their relationships and market knowledge while enjoying the flexibility of a casual role. Importantly, this role allows for both up-front commission and offers unique scope to build a steady stream of ongoing management fees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Property Sales & Listings:
o Focus on securing listings of contemporary and semi-luxury holiday homes targeting interstate buyers.
o Use your established network and market knowledge to attract and engage existing property owners, presenting them with a unique approach to sell their homes.
o Provide expert advice to property owners on our unique approach to vacation home sales.
* Open for Inspections:
o Conduct open for inspections both in person and via video, showcasing the vacation homes to prospective buyers, particularly interstate and/or international clients.
o Leverage video tours and virtual presentations to offer prospective buyers an immersive experience of the property.
* Holiday Home Management & Guest Experience:
o Work closely with property owners to ensure vacation homes are well-maintained, presenting an exceptional experience for both owners, their family and friends.
o Support property owners in the management of holiday homes, ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience, from booking to departure, are smooth and professional.
o Collaborate with the company’s centralised holiday home management platform to ensure homes are guest-ready, enhancing the overall guest experience.
* Relationship Management:
o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
o Utilise your relationship skills to benefit owners.
* Leverage the company’s centralised marketing and sales efforts, including professional marketing materials, digital campaigns, and listing platforms, to maximise exposure for properties.
* Work with the marketing team to ensure listings are optimised and promoted effectively, reaching the right target audience for each property.
What We’re Looking For:
* Real Estate Experience: At least 7+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on the vacation home or semi-luxury property market.
* Local Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of and relationships in the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast property markets, particularly in the contemporary and semi-luxury holiday home sector.
* Sales & Listing Skills: Proven track record in gaining listings.
* Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Comfortable conducting both in-person and video property tours, presenting to clients in a professional, engaging manner.
* Relationship-Driven: Ability to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with property owners and local service providers.
* Self-Driven & Independent: A highly motivated individual who can manage their own schedule, meet listing targets, and work with minimal supervision.
* Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with real estate platforms, property management systems, and digital marketing strategies to manage listings and reach target audiences.
* A Positive, Professional Attitude: A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on exceptional customer service and the ability to provide a seamless experience for property owners.
Remuneration:
