As a fast-growing company, we are looking for an energetic, strategic, and creative individual who has real estate industry knowledge/experience to join the well-established team in our Hawthorn Office.
This role will oversee and lead the marketing and branding operations across the office network, requiring a skilled professional to manage strategy, execution, and performance across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the marketing and brand operations.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote properties, elevate brand awareness, and drive business growth through digital, print, and social media channels.
3. Lead branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms and real estate projects.
4. Plan and execute marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery, managing the entire lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, and performance analysis.
5. Collaborate closely with the sales and property management teams to create compelling marketing materials that support property listings, open houses, and client-facing events.
6. Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to boost engagement and generate high-quality leads.
7. Analyze market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for differentiation and continual improvement of marketing initiatives.
8. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners for advertising, media placements, and content development.
9. Monitor and measure marketing performance, providing regular reports and adjusting strategies based on insights to ensure optimal results.
What you need to be successful
1. Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in senior marketing roles, ideally within the real estate sector or related industries.
2. Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong track record of driving growth and increasing brand visibility.
3. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing both internal teams and external agencies.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
