The suitable candidate will be a qualified, natural team player who can add significant value to this highly dynamic team.Job DescriptionQuality inspection for external fabricated parts in reference to the respective shop drawings including subsequent release or rejection and ensure proper reporting.Work in accordance with the global Doka quality rules and procedures.Managing workflow and manpower on a daily basis in accordance with the workload.Execution of joint inspections at yard and/or site in communication with clients' representatives.Inspect, repair, and stock Doka material.Complaints management.Fill in the relevant forms/documents including data entry.Instruct and lead warehouse operators, assistants, group leaders, team leaders, and material inspectors.Assist with stocktaking/inventory procedures.Coordinate with external suppliers in terms of country-specific materials including tools and equipment.Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.Ensure appropriate use and maintenance of tools and machinery including data processing.Assist Warehouse OMR with the strategic development of the department.Ability to work temporarily as a material inspector or warehouse team leader.Forklift operating.Trailer and/or container loading and/or offloading including documentation.QualificationsSchool certificate.Ideally worked as a quality supervisor in construction.Advanced computer knowledge.Experienced in leading and steering workmanship.
