The Role
As a Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of key accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to fuel growth across the region. Reporting directly to the State Sales Manager, you’ll collaborate with industry professionals to offer tailored portable, backup, and home DIY power solutions, helping customers keep their operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors.
* Identify new opportunities to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
* Promote a wide range of portable generators designed for construction sites, jobsite applications, and home DIY users.
* Offer tailored solutions for automatic backup generators to ensure homes and businesses remain powered during outages.
* Work closely with the State Sales Manager to create and implement effective sales strategies.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven experience in territory management, business development, or sales within power generation, construction, or industrial equipment.
* Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
* Solid track record in account management and driving business growth.
* Familiarity with portable, backup, and home DIY power solutions is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
