Join our General Sports & Events Media Network team in Salzburg, Austria and produce strategic content programming plans across the entire RedBull Media Network to maximize the growth of and engagement with key target audiences for Sports.

1. In this role, you'll drive digital visibility by developing audience and content strategies to boost engagement across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and our own RedBull TV and RedBull website. Leading a social media manager, you'll ensure global consistency, collaborate with content producers, and align programming strategies with marketing goals, while leveraging data and insights to guide content creation and engagement.
2. You'll develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that engages new and existing audiences across RedBull channels. By collaborating with the audience insights team and leveraging data analysis, you'll create content strategies that cater to platform needs and resonate with target audiences.
3. You'll serve as the primary contact for Winter and Adventure owned and managed channels, including RedBull TV. Collaborating with programming and channel management teams, you'll activate key films, events, content formats, and athlete projects while aligning internal platform strategies for effective content releases.
4. You'll assess project outcomes and translate learnings into educational materials to guide long-term planning and strategy refinement. Additionally, you'll collaborate with producers, development teams, and content partners to identify co-production and distribution opportunities to ensure strategic growth and alignment.
Minimum Requirements
1. 5+ years' experience in digital strategy or publishing content on major brand (social) media platforms
2. Leadership experience, good presenter and motivator, hands-on, not afraid to run accounts when needed
3. Digital industry knowledge. You live and breathe the internet.
4. Strong ability to critically analyze social media, digital products, video consumption patterns and social media platform algorithms to inform strategy and concrete initiatives.
5. A team player and self-starter mentality, curious, structured, and a good mediator who aligns and coordinates conflicts of interest. Passionate about telling strong and authentic stories.
6. Fluent in English. Other languages not required but considered an asset.
7. Travel 20-30%
