o Outstanding project management skills with a proactive approach to anticipating needs and managing multiple priorities in a shifting environment.

o Proven expertise in consulting and business partnering, ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and client needs.
* Technical Adaptability
o Knowledge of emerging technologies and the ability to distill technical jargon into user-friendly communications and learning materials.
* Change Management Expertise
o Experience with organizational change management practices and instructional design methodologies to drive successful adoption.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work effectively within agile environments.
* Education & Experience
o BA/BS in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred, along with at least five years of experience in organizational change management.
