We pay a monthly salary 14 times p.a., and a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive, self-driven and analytical character who finds problem-solving exciting. You will be responsible for test hard- and software development for Si and SiC power semiconductors. This includes managing test specification discussions in project teams, generating test programs, integrating test equipment, debugging, validating and documenting test results.You will also optimize test methods to improve quality and reduce costs through test platform transfers. Additionally, you will closely cooperate with different development teams and production locations, and implement test solutions in our locations spanning all around the world.Required Skills and QualificationsA university degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or related discipline is required. Ideally, you have first experience in test engineering / product engineering. Sound knowledge of electrical circuit and hardware programming is also necessary.You should be able to work in a structured, efficient and independent manner, able to solve problems and prioritize tasks accordingly.
