RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. You'll leverage our data resources to map and prioritize top global employers, collaborating with Trade Marketing to develop innovative strategies that drive value through RedBull product availability and activation, while supporting the Top 25 Markets in securing these clients and ensuring efficient account management and executional excellence.
2. You'll engage in stakeholder management with global employers to build long-term partnerships for RedBull's availability and activation, while challenging and supporting the Top 25 Markets in executing these strategies effectively.
3. You'll manage relationships with key global employers, advocate for their needs, and demonstrate the value of the At Work Occasion in the Global On-Premise Business, while sharing exemplary strategies to enhance partnerships and drive sales growth.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics or Engineering, or the equivalent field experience
2. Excellent command of English. Other languages advantageous, but not required
3. An in-depth knowledge of Excel is required
4. Advanced presentation skills will be required to communicate global strategies and processes across multiple markets in a simple, clear, concise, and empowering way
5. A minimum of 5 years' experience with Sales, Customer Development, and/or Human Resources, ideally within the On Premise
6. A resilient sales mindset is required as you will be tasked with the creation and implementation of projects
7. Strategic and innovative thinking will be needed to create specific, unique, commercially focused strategies which are scalable at the global level
8. A problem-solving mindset with strong willingness to learn is a must
9. Strong communication skills are required to translate complex business topics into practical and relevant terms whilst understanding cultural differences
10. Passion for establishing new business partnerships is needed to foster strategic global partnerships increasing distribution and sales
11. Travel 0-10%
