The Harisch Hotels are a small but fine collection of privately run hotels and comprise a total of five differently positioned hotels - from international luxury hotels to family hotels. The Harisch Hotel family also includes five restaurants and a bar, which are among the best establishments in Kitzbühel. Almost all of our establishments are located in the Kitzbühel vacation region. This gives us the great opportunity to offer our employees an insight into several hotels or an easy change between the different hotels, restaurants and also a bar. Checking the inventory
Ordering in consultation with our head chef
Preparation and cooking of all hot and cold dishes for our restaurant area
Sharing responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen
High-quality preparation and presentation of food in compliance with our service standards
Supporting the kitchen brigade in all tasks that arise
Cleaning the work equipmentCompliance with all hygiene regulations (HACCP)
What should you bring with you?
Completed vocational training as a chef OR
already have professional experience in Austrian and international cuisine OR
a career changer
Creative and enjoy working with high-quality food
Organizational talent, flexibility and resilience
Good knowledge of German and, if necessary, English... and above all a love of the job
We offer a salary for this position based on the collective agreement for the catering and hotel industry in Tyrol. An overpayment is a matter of course for us with appropriate qualifications and will be agreed in a personal interview.
