IT Project- & Processmanagement, 80 - 100% (f/m/x)
What's it all about?
1. Design & optimisation of IT processes
You analyse existing IT processes, identify weaknesses and develop innovative solutions for continuous improvement - from the design to the successful introduction of new processes.
2. Further development of the IT process landscape
You are responsible for the introduction and further development of IT processes and ensure compliance with the required quality standards across the entire IT process map.
3. Communication & training
You inform all relevant stakeholders about process changes and support the training of new employees.
4. Advice & support in process management
As the central point of contact for IT process management, you accompany specialist departments in process design, support process owners during audits/certifications and check the feasibility of planned solutions.
5. Further development/implementation of project management standards
You continuously develop our methods and standards in IT project and portfolio management, help define them and accompany IT projects from conception to successful implementation.
6. Supporting and mentoring project managers
You support project managers throughout the course of the project, act as a mentor and promote the application of the defined project management methods.
What are we looking for?
7. You enjoy working independently, in a structured and conscientious manner and have several years of experience in project and process management.
8. Ideally, you have completed training in IT/project & process management or have several years of IT work experience.
9. You have already managed large IT projects or interface projects and played an active role in the project team.
10. You are proficient in modern project management methods and have successfully implemented them in an organisation or trained employees in them.
11. You are used to communicating in German and English.
