Job Description: As Technical Sales Engineer you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team with technical expertise while acting as a Customer Ambassador for technical requirements
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
* Analyze customer requirements and develop compliance matrices to ensure alignment with customers’ needs and expectations
* Collaborate with our Engineering team to develop tailored technical solutions
* Assist in preparing customer proposals and support higher-level negotiations
* Maintain accurate records in CRM to ensure up-to-date customer information
* Continuously monitor competitors and market trends to stay informed
* Flexible working hours to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams across multiple time zones
Who you are:
You have a strong technical background and ideally 1-2 years of experience in a technical environment, preferably in aerospace, automotive, or rail. With a passion for sales and customer relationships, you communicate effectively and translate customer needs into solutions. Proactive and self-motivated, you're open to international travel and thrive in dynamic environments.
Required Skills:
* University/FH degree (B.Sc.) in a technical field (Engineering, Physics, or else)
* Strong communication skills with focus on conveying the customer voice to internal teams.
* Strong command of English (additional language skills are a welcome advantage).
* Self-motivated and proactive, willing to travel internationally if needed.
Nice to have:
* Previous experience with Sales processes and developing strong customer relationships.
* 1-2 years of experience in a technical environment (preferably in Aerospace, Automotive, or Rail industry).
Type of contract: Full time position with FlexTime working agreement; 38.5 hours/week
Salary: The minimum base monthly salary for this position starts at EUR 2.668,- gross per month, with a planned base payment of 3.500,- to 3.800,- depending on your professional experience and qualifications. In addition, this role has a bonus based On Target Earnings.
