About the team:
The role is positioned within group.one and you collaborate with colleagues from different offices. Together with your small core team, you are part of a larger development team of 20 people.
Your Responsibilites:
Maintaince and Development: You maintain, develop, and enhance internal (web) applications. You improve interfaces as well as monitor and ensure a smooth operation of web applications.
Documentation: You create and maintain technical documentation.
Software Systems: You develop and optimize software systems for products and internal management tools independently. You onboard new software projects and conceptualize software solutions based on given tasks.
Programming: You program backend solutions based and minor frontend changes on provided tasks.
Quality Assurance: You analyze and resolve software errors and proactively review and address documented software issues or similar development related entries. You perform basic quality assurance of code and functionalities provided. You contribute to the monitoring infrastructure for better application operation oversight (error log, error aggregation, metrics).
Your Profile:
Education: You have a completed university degree, ideally in Computer Science / Business Informatics, or completed a training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification with a focus on computer science / development.
Technical skills: You have extensive experience with JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, related database systems, version control tools and PHP frameworks. Knowledge of frameworks such as Zend Framework Version 1.1 and 2 and Laravel, as well as Frontend technologies like React and JQuery is advantageous.
Language skills: You should have a good understanding of English (business context). German skills are a good to have, as the systems are in German.

Salary:
The minimum monthly gross salary for this position is EUR 3.400,-- (incl. an overtime allowance of 20 hours) for 38.5 hours/week. Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
