Your Responsibilities
1. Together with the local People & Culture Team, ensure daily People processes and routines are secured and efficiently delivered to a high standard.
2. Coach and advise leaders to manage their day-to-day people processes in line with labor relations principles, local policies, procedures, and laws, upholding IKEA employment standards.
3. Responsible for ensuring talent and succession goals for assigned business areas are consciously achieved, providing advice and expertise to line managers to secure a quality and timely process.
4. Ensure line managers develop business competence and leadership competence for today and tomorrow by using relevant competence building tools and methods to secure an excellent customer experience in a multi-channel environment.

1. Ability to manage a high-volume and vibrant retail business in a fast-changing omnichannel environment with flexibility, speed, and simplicity.

Your Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Include:
1. 2-3 years of professional experience in People & Culture, ideally in a generalist role.
2. Proven expertise in facilitating organizational transformation processes.
3. In-depth knowledge of Austrian labor law, with the capability to build and maintain trustful relationships with social partners.
4. Fluency in both German and English, both written and verbal.

Our IKEA Austria South team is responsible for all existing and future customer touchpoints within the market, including the two stores in Graz and Klagenfurt and the Plan & Order Point XS in Villach.
Due to our ways of working, you will split your time working in IKEA Graz and IKEA Klagenfurt equally. This unique setup requires the following specific strengths:
